TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

All quotations are made by Filming For Research Ltd without obligation and Filming For Research Ltd reserves the right at any time to vary any quotation or part thereof. All equipment on hire shall at all times remain the absolute property of Filming For Research Ltd. The customer will indemnify Filming For Research Ltd in respect of any loss or damage in respect of the said equipment during the period of hire. a) In the event of equipment remaining overnight on job for a two day or more booking, room must be securely locked by the booking client or made sure venue securely locked before leaving In the event of the equipment being found faulty during use and after being tested during installation, Filming For Research Ltd will consider waiving the hire charge if we cannot immediately replace the faulty equipment, but cannot accept liability for any consequential loss. Filming For Research Ltd shall not be liable for loss of, or damage to, persons or property howsoever caused arising from the use of equipment or service supplied by Filming For Research Ltd. Filming For Research Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or other breach resulting from wars, terrorism, strikes, lock-outs, restrictions, accidents, failure, breakdown of public lifts and or escalators, non-availability of goods or labour owing to any other cause whatsoever beyond it’s control. Cancellation Fees:- In the event of equipment being delivered before notification of cancellation is received, then the 100% – full days hire charge will remain. 24 hours or less notification of cancellation – 100% – full days hire charge will remain. 24-48 hours or less notification of cancellation – 50% of the full days hire charge will remain. 1-2 weeks (7-14 days) of a 2 day hire or more confirmed and cancelled will be charged @ 100.00 + vat per day unless equivalent value booking achieved in it’s place. Travel costs already in place at time of cancellation regardless of time frame – will be charged on. Overdue Invoices – Interest charges:- 3% over 30 days / 5% over 60 days / 10% over 90 days All debt collection and court fees will be charged on after 90 days The above terms relate to all services provided by Filming For Research Ltd. The interpretations and applications of these terms of business shall be in accordance with English Law.
